Rachael Manzanares

Rachael's background in civil engineering allows her to excels at problem-solving and managing complex projects, such as consulting during the developmental stages of a project. She began her real estate career in 2015 specializing in property management and has since expanded her skillset and career experience to include commercial real estate, interior design, and project management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and development process from the blueprints to artistic finishes. As the Director of Sales for REFLECTION, a luxury condominium in Downtown St. Petersburg, Rachael is deeply involved in shaping the city’s growth and helping clients find their perfect space. Her passion for development and love for St. Pete’s walkability, waterfront parks, and vibrant dining scene drive her dedication to making the area an exceptional place to live and work.

Rachael takes the time to connect with every person she comes into contact with in a transaction and is a prominent leader inside and outside of the team. Outside of real estate, Rachael enjoys philanthropy, beach volleyball, and yoga. She thrives on building meaningful connections and contributing to the continued growth of St. Petersburg.
