Jon sourced entrepreneur Kevin Chadwick to purchase and renovate the iconic mid-sized, local performance venue into The Floridian Social Club, now one of the most popular venues in town, featuring gorgeous art deco interiors, state of the art sound and lighting effects. Last year marked the 100th anniversary of the original construction in 1924.
