His career has also included roles as a stockbroker, consultant, luxury retail manager, and operations director. With a finance degree from Emory University and extensive experience in office, retail, and industrial leasing, Jay offers clients valuable insights into the investment potential of commercial properties. Jay combines his expertise in finance with a deep understanding of the unique needs of retailers and investors that allowed him to serve as the KW Commercial Operations Director where he honed skills in financial management, digital marketing, and business strategy.

Jay’s ability to navigate complex transactions is exemplified by his recent success in helping a startup secure a 15,000-square-foot space within a challenging 90-day timeline. His creative approach, attention to detail, and love of architecture—reflected in his artistic passion for drawing commercial properties and hotels—enhance his ability to align clients’ visions with the right real estate opportunities. Jay recently opened a secondary office in Lakewood Ranch, his own neighborhood, where he is passionate about strategically matching businesses with commercial properties and sharing community news through his newsletter, Ranch Rising.
