Biography
Curtis Dawkins graduated from Florida State University and began his career in procurement and materials management with two Fortune 100 manufacturers. He went on to serve as Vice President of Gulf Coast Fibres in Tampa, where over two decades he mastered business management while building deep relationships with owners and operators of small manufacturing companies throughout the U.S. Listening to the needs of his customers, supplying their critical needs while maintaining his supplier relationships, and keeping both suppliers and sellers satisfied developed excellent listening skills, planning, forecasting and execution that he has brought to the real estate industry.
No stranger to construction, Curtis purchased the iconic Jeanna’s Courthouse Deli & Grocery in Old Town Key West in 2017 and completely renovated the property. He also added a Whit’s Frozen Custard franchise, operated and then successfully sold the business and real estate in 2024. Ready for a new challenge, and keenly aware of the importance real estate plays in the success of small business he joined Keller Williams in 2024 to help other business owners and investors with their real estate needs.
Curtis joined the Wittner Wollman Group to help grow our commercial practice and focus on the industrial and warehouse segment, and in-fill opportunities for businesses looking to participate in the thriving community of St. Pete. Curtis is a professional musician and ardent supporter of the arts, and shares the team’s deep commitment to enriching the St. Pete community. When he’s not working, he enjoys boating and fishing with his family, attending live music events and his work serving his community with the Rotary Club.
