Amber Bennett

A graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Legal Studies, Amber’s passion for real estate was sparked during a Real Estate Law course. After gaining early industry experience with a husband-and-wife team, she moved to Florida in 2015, earned her real estate license, and joined Keller Williams St. Pete, where she has thrived ever since.

Amber’s expertise lies in contract negotiations and deal analysis, which initially attracted investor clients but has since expanded to include first-time homebuyers. Her insights and dedication have earned her features in national publications like Realtor Magazine. Amber has also gained knowledge in condominium development, sales, and presales since joining the REFLECTION Sales Team in 2021.

Amber is inspired by knowing real estate has a universal impact on all lives and communities which has lead her to serve as a CCIM board member and on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for the City of St. Petersburg, contributing to initiatives that shape local housing policies. She has previously served on the Keller Williams St. Pete Agent Leadership Council (representing the top 20% of producers).

When she's not in the office, Amber can be found on the beach volleyball court, reading, or working out. Amber brings her competitive drive and collaborative spirit from volleyball to ensuring her clients achieve their goals while fostering meaningful connections within the industry.
